To all captains at the CVSYC,

Sunday June 5th is the Salute au Commodore.

The time when we present our fully masted boats to our Commodore for inspection before officially starting the sailing season.

 

9-10 am – There will be a small coffee/mimosa and croissant service, offered before our club’s flag raising ceremony, which begins at 10am.

 

Around 11am we leave the harbour – We follow the lead boats in an organized manner, under the supervision of the Captain d’escadrille.

The commodore will be waiting for our sail by.

 

To help me prepare, I need to know who is coming to the event.

Please reserve your place by sending me an email.

You are always welcome at the last minute, but quantities for snacks will be planned according to the number of confirmed participants (coffee, glass of mimosa, croissant).

 

FYI: White is the general protocol colour of our shirts for this event.
